Shipping & Delivery

At Ophira Mode, we’re dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly, safely, and smoothly as possible.

Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfilment queue for processing. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Standard delivery usually takes around 5 business days from the shipping date. If an item is low in stock or requires additional handling, dispatch may be delayed by an extra 2–3 business days — but rest assured, we always aim to deliver as soon as possible.

We offer free Canada shipping on all orders via Canada Post Tracked Delivery.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@ophiramode.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions and a return address.

To ensure safe and traceable delivery, all returns must be sent via Canada Post Tracked, following the guidance we provide. This helps protect both you and us from lost parcels and ensures a smooth refund process.

Please note:

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact.

• Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, as orders are often processed quickly.

• Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and successfully passed inspection.
